Laura has 15 years experience treating adults as well as children and adolescents, and is an AHPRA approved supervisor. Laura is competent in treating a wide range of mental health presentations. Laura is passionate about treating intergenerational trauma and helping clients escape the lifelong impacts of this. Laura is also interested in perinatal mental health, menopause, family and couple dynamics, and the intersectionality of trauma and ADHD. Laura shapes her practice around models of neurological development, attachment and the role of culture. Treatment modalities included EMDR, TFCBT, ACT, DBT, MCT and Schema therapy. Laura has extensive experience in workers compensation and employment psychology.
Laura is a Clinical Psychologist and completed her studies in 2012. Laura has been in senior management positions and worked in organisational psychology and leadership development. Laura also completed an MBA with a scholarship for Women in Leadership. Laura has lived and worked all around Australia. Laura also has international experienced having lived in Sweden and has three young children. Laura is widely travelled, an avid hiker and enthusiast for exercise and the outdoors.
