Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and GP.

Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delays to your appointment.

Longer consultation times are available, so please tell our receptionists when making your appointment if you require extra time otherwise it may inconvenience other patients.

Please let us know when you book your appointment. Our practice endeavours to accommodate patients with urgent medical matters even when fully booked.
If the matter is life threatening always ring 000 for an ambulance

All patients that are looking to book an immunisation/vaccine appointment must call the practice on 08 9408 5955, we do not accept online bookings for immunisations

DNA Policy: If you are unable to attend your appointment, for any reason, please contact the surgery at least 2hr prior to your booking. Late cancellations and/or failure to attend will result in a $70 cancellation fee payable prior to any further bookings.
